All 6 cell lines are RRMS
Gel 2% agarose and 1kb Hyperladder – cDNA diluted 1 in 5. 1ul of template in total rxn:12.5ul
Notes: PCR was run at 55C instead of 60C due to the lower annealing temp requirement of SeV primer pair. I will run the Sendai virus primers separately from the pluripotent ones next time.
