Leukoencephalopathy with brain stem and spinal cord involvement-high lactate syndrome
Description
This disease is characterised by progressive cerebellar ataxia with pyramidal and spinal cord dysfunction, associated with distinctive MRI anomalies and increased lactate in the abnormal white matter.
