Project Description
An iPS cell line derived from a fibroblast line from a healthy control individual was generated by reprogramming. The resulting T12.9 cell line will be genetically modified to generate a library of isogenic iPSCs with changes in ALS relevant genes. These iPSCs will be differentiated into motor neurons and used as cellular models to characterize molecular changes underlying ALS.
