Project Description
Neuromodulators are signaling molecules secreted by most neurons, which regulate many processes in our brain and body and dysregulation of neuromodulator secretion is firmly associated with many neurological and psychiatric disorders. With the HumanNeuronScreen neuromodulator secretion is measured in iPSC-derived neurons using high-end technology, thereby providing new methods for preclinical research towards treatments of neurological and psychiatric disorders.
