Project Description
We will perform epigenetic profiling in male and female hIPSC. We will use a set of FDA-approved drugs, selecting representative epigenetic drugs, genotoxic drugs and drugs with no known epigenetic mode of action. We will perform time course experiments, profiling the epigenomes before, while and in intervals of days and weeks after treatment. For establishing a proof of principle in more complex tissue models, we will aggregate and differentiate iPSC to embryoid bodies.
