Generation of an integration-free induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line (ZZUNEUi001-A) from a healthy male individual

Summary

Human iPSC Line, ZZUNEUi001-A, was generated from a healthy 38-year-old male individual, using non-integrating reprogramming methods. The resulting iPSCs were integration-free, expressed pluripotency stem cell markers, exhibited the potential for tri-lineage differentiation both in vitro and vivo, and maintained the normal karyotype. This cell line can be used as a control line for disease modelling. Copyright © 2020 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
