Generation of an iPSC line (CHWi001-A) from peripheral blood mononuclear cells in a patient with intellectual disability and haploinsufficiency of PLPPR4
Summary
Intellectual disability (ID) is a highly inherited neurodevelopmental disorder. A human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line was generated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) in a patient with intellectual disability and carrying a haploinsufficiency for PLPPR4. This iPSC line offers a useful resource to investigate the pathogenesis and molecular mechanisms involved in PLPPR4-related ID. Copyright © 2020 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
