Induced pluripotent stem cell line (ZZUNEUi011-A) derived from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of a healthy 27-year-old female individual
Summary
In this study, we report a human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line from a healthy 27-year-old female individual using non-integrative Sendai viral reprogramming technology. The cell line expresses stemness markers, exhibits a normal female karyotype, and can differentiate into three germ layers in vivo. This iPSC line from a healthy individual provides a control group for studying disease mechanisms, drug screening, and toxicity testing. Copyright © 2020 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
