Generation of two induced pluripotent stem cell lines from individuals without auditory disorders
Summary
We report the establishment of two human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines from individuals without auditory disorders. Extensive audiometry tests were performed to confirm normal hearing. The generated iPSC lines expressed pluripotency genes and showed differentiation capability into the three germ layers.
