Generation and characterization of a human induced pluripotent stem cell line (SDQLCHi052-A) from peripheral blood mononuclear cells derived from a healthy Chinese donor
Summary
A non-integrated induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line was generated derived from a healthy 20-day-old male using peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The established induced pluripotent stem cell line possesses a normal karyotype, expresses pluripotency markers and able to differentiate into all three germ layers in vitro. This cell line could serve as a health control or a basis for disease modeling, to explore molecular pathogenesis. Copyright © 2023. Published by Elsevier B.V.
