Derivation of induced pluripotent stem cell SJTUi003-A from a 69-year-old Chinese Han Sporadic Alzheimer's disease patient with APOEε3/ε4 genetic background

Summary

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is an age-related and progressive neurodegenerative disease. In this study, we generated an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line from the dermal fibroblasts of a 69-year-old female patient carrying APOEε3/ε4 allele and diagnosed with sporadic AD. The iPSC line will be a useful tool for investigating the pathogenesis mechanisms and for drug tests in AD. Copyright © 2023 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
