RETRACTED: Generation of a gene-corrected human isogenic iPSC line from an Alzheimer’s disease iPSC line carrying the PSEN1 H163R mutation

This article has been retracted at the request of the authors. During post-publication quality checks, the authors identified that the original parental human induced pluripotent stem cell line used to generate the edited clone was misidentified. This means that the validation described in the article cannot be supported.
