Generation of a human induced pluripotent stem cell line SDQLCHi087-A from a healthy Chinese child donor

Summary

In this study, a healthy iPSC line SDQLCHi087-A was successfully generated by reprogramming from peripheral blood mononuclear cells using integration-free episomal plasmids. The iPSC line presented a normal karyotype, expressed high levels of pluripotent markers, and exhibited the ability to differentiate to three germ layers in vitro. The cell line serves as a valuable control for studies of molecular pathogenesis and the development of disease models. Copyright © 2026. Published by Elsevier B.V.
