Generation of two induced pluripotent stem cell lines from patients with unbalanced translocation (3;22)

Summary

Here we describe the generation and characterization of the human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines from urine-derived cells (UCs) from two patients with unbalanced chromosomal translocation t(3,22)(q28;q13.3). The iPSC lines retain the original chromosome abnormality, express pluripotency markers and bear differentiation potential. Copyright © 2019 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
