Project Description
Human lung organoids (HLO) will be derived from the induced pluripotent stem cells, with 3 different doses of vitamin D and/or n-3 LCPUFA added during derivation to study the effect on the developing HLO model. Outcomes will be assessed with RNAseq, metabolomics, and structural features
