Generation of a human embryonic stem cell line targeted homozygous deletion of BMP10 (WAe007-A-2) by CRISPR/Cas9-dgRNA
Summary
BMP10 signaling has been implicated in regulation of cardiovascular cell fate determination and diseases, while the underlying molecular mechanism still remains uncertain. Here, the human embryonic stem cell line (H7-BMP10del) with homozygous deletion of BMP10 was generated by CRISPR/Cas9 method. Thus, the crosstalk related to BMP10 signaling could be investigated in cell fate determination and the molecular pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease. Copyright © 2022 The Authors.
