Phenotype and Disease related information (Donor)

Diseases A disease was diagnosed.
The donor is a carrier of a disease-associated mutation and affected.
Synonyms
  • Cone dystrophy with supernormal scotopic electroretinogram
  • Cone dystrophy with supernormal rod ERG
  • Cone dystrophy with supernormal rod electroretinogram
Genetic variants
KCNV2 (target)
9p24.2
NM_133497.3: c.754A>T and NM_133497.3: c.775G>A
Heterozygous
Disease associated phenotypes
  • a gradual decrease in visual acuity, photophobia and color perception disorders. Fundus autofluorescence imaging revealed symmetrical disturbances in the fovea of both eyes, Electroretinogram registered a decrease in the amplitude and lengthening of the latency of the b-wave of the maximum in both cone and rod, and a spectral OCT revealed a slight decrease in the average thickness of the neuroepithelium.
