Notes on reprogramming vector detection The iPSC line was generated using the CytoTune™-iPS 2.0 Sendai Reprogramming Kit, which includes three Sendai vector preparations: polycistronic KLF4–OCT3/4–SOX2 (KOS), c-MYC, and KLF4. Clearance of Sendai viral vectors was assessed by RT-qPCR. No detectable Sendai vector signal was observed in the analysed iPSC line.
