Induced pluripotent stem cells were generated from urinary tract epithelial cells obtained from a 14-year-old female carrying a heterozygous germline ETV6 mutation (NM_001987.4:c.[641C>T];[=]). This patient had a history of thrombocytopenia and was diagnosed with B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia at age of 9 years.
