The hPSCreg clinical study database is now listed on the WHO "s International Clinical Trials Registry Platform (ICTRP) as an External Search Platform!
hPSCreg is a knowledgebase about human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC) lines, including cell line data, EC-funded projects that use hPSC lines, and a clinical studies database for clinical trials that specifically use hPSC-based cell products as an interventional therapy. For our clinical studies database, we use the ICTRP database to find clinical trials around the world. Additionally, we incorporate most of the TRDS fields and add other data elements to enrich the records. These include manual annotated metadata and associating the records with additional information, such as peer-reviewed publications about the clinical trial results.
