A 33-year-old male presented with progressive bilateral visual deterioration and markedly impaired night vision. Fundus examination revealed characteristic "bone spicule" pigment deposits in the mid-peripheral retina bilaterally, accompanied by marked retinal arteriolar attenuation and optic disc pallor consistent with a waxy appearance.
