Genomic DNA was isolated from peripheral blood of patient using Genomic DNA Purification Kit (TIANGEN, Beijing, China). PCR using primers surrounding the FBN1 variant was employed to amplify the FBN1 gene.PCR products were used to confirm the mutation site by Sanger sequencing.
