Base medium: KO-DMEM supplemented with 20% KO Serum Replacement, 1% non-essential amino acids, 1 mM L-glutamine, 0.1 mM β-mercaptoethanol and 8 ng/ml of bFGF. The iPSC had cultured in ihMSCs until stabilization and characterization. iPSCs had been also adapted to feeder-free cultures on matrigel (Corning BV) with Pluristem Human ES/iPS medium (Merck Chemicals).
