Project Description
In this research project we aim to generate human reporter pluripotent stem cell (hPSC) lines for specific renal markers and use them to define efficient renal differentiation protocols in vitro. In order to achieve this goal, we will take advantage of a novel inducible CRISPR/Cas9 platform (iCRISPR) that is currently under development at Montserrat laboratory, namely iCRISPR2 (iC2).
