Characterisation
Analysis of Undifferentiated Cells
Transcriptome analysis by RNA sequencing confirmed full acquisition of naive pluripotency, given the high similarity with other embryo-derived naive pluripotent stem cells.
Methylome analysis by RRBS also indicated a global DNA hypomethylation, as also observed in other naive pluripotent stem cells.
Formation of Embryoid bodies, expressing markers of the 3 germ layers.
In vitro directed differentiation towards Endoderm, Mesoderm or Ectoderm.
In vitro differentiation towards neuronal or hepatic cells.
