The donor peripheral blood cells (primary sample) used for reprogramming and iPSC generation are heterogeneous and genetically mosaic. The donor had a very high allele frequency of the JAK2 V617F mutation (96%) and the iPSC line UKAi0003-A obtained was homozygous for JAK2 V617F (also termed PV2 JAK2 V617F hom).
