Genetic variants
HTT (target)
4p16.3
Heterozygous
The patient has 18/38 CAG repeats in the HTT gene exon 1. The mutation of CAG triplet expansion in the HTT gene was detected by capillary electrophoresis. It was performed using capillary genetic analyzer ABI Prism 3130 (Applied Biosystems), size standard Liz 600; obtained data were analyzed using Data Collection software v3.0 and GeneMapper v. 4.0 (Applied Biosystems).
