The hiPSCore is a machine learning-based thoroughly validated functional pluripotency test (Dobner et al, 2024). By analyzing hiPSC-derived
undifferentiated, endoderm-, ectoderm-, and mesodermdifferentiated samples using qPCR, the automated hiPSCore classification assesses differentiation potential of hiPSCs with high accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity. Successfully
validated cell lines are truly pluripotent according to the Standards of the International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR) and may be used for research. The attached report contains detailed analysis and description of the results. The attached plot shows the scoring of each of the four differentiation states and the resulting hiPSCore (> 4: PASS).
